[Magdalen] Prayer Redux.

There is the ongoing saga of my friend, Richard, who continues
to have horrible abdominal problems from a defective mesh used to
repair a large hernia several years ago.  
 
He looks and sounds terrible, and has been in and out of the hospital
since about Halloween, and this time continuously hospitalized since
Christmas Eve Day.  The mesh is finally all out, but at the cost  of
30' of his bowel.
 
It appears that this saga will be the stuff of a large product  liability
suit (Johnson & Johnson) if he can live through it to sue.   The
episode has destroyed his private practice of medicine, and exhausted
his savings, and he deserves compensation if he can only make it to
the gate.
