You mentioned Trump's wife.  I saw mention by one commentator that she hasn't been seen for awhile, and that Trump hasn't been wearing his wedding ring.  Maybe that's the real reason she and Baron are staying in New York.
And, of course, his daughter Ivanka has already been tagged to be the White House "hostess.
