I had an elderly relative who, in her dotage, was known to snatch up large handfuls of sugar packets and stuff them into her purse and pockets before exiting a restaurant. Butter packets, too. Her pantry was full of tiny cups of jam and jelly, similarly sourced. Same thing, AFAIamC. -M
