[Magdalen] Shell-shocked

One columnist yesterday actually quoted a provision for removing a President if s/he is deemed unfit to carry out the office. There is a small list of people who are necessary to make that determination.
I wonder if he'll make it through the first 100 days.
Apparently his behavior out of the public eye is even more alarming to his staff. "Unhinged" is apparently a good description. He flies into a rage pretty easily.
