Remembering that cars are no longer cars but computers with wheels, it seems my oxygen sensor needs replaced.  I learned this today when I failed my required smog check.  Fee for failing (isn't that kicking a man when he's down?), fee for diagnosing the problem, fee for the new sensor, fee for installing it, and of course a final fee for when I finally (please God) pass the smog check.  The final three will be levied on Monday when I take it back in before work.

Here I was wanting to buy a new set of tires next month, and currently having to shell out an amount nearly equal for something entirely different.  Oh well.  Both need to be done.

I don't amass wealth.  I amass debt.  In that regard, I'm quite rich, I'll have you all know.  :-\=
