[Magdalen] Faxed my senators

I just e-mailed both of mine. Tim Kaine is really responsive; Mark Warner
is not. I want to call my congresscritter and tell him what I think about
HIS positions but  I'm not sure he cares. I don't think the staffer who
answers the phone ever tells him about any unfavorable calls.
