[Magdalen] Full Communion with the USA Methodists?

I was LEM today at Christ Church, Montpelier, and I, along with the rest of
the altar party, all received grape juice. They've long had grape juice for
those who desire it, although the vast majority choose wine. The parish I
attend in MA (All Saints, Whitman) has also recently instituted grape juice
for those who wish it.

The difficulty with grape juice, of course, is that one can't have a common
cup as there's no alcohol to kill all the germs. So churches must use those
little cups or require everyone to intinct. The Methodist church I've
attended in MA does pita bread, grape juice, and intinction.

The Lutheran church I attend has both wine and grape juice available, as
does another church I occasionally attend. (I have heard of but never
experienced Episcopal churches that do this.) I notice that many young
children in both churches opt for, or are directed to, the grape juice.
Some adults also choose it, for their own reasons. If the Methodists could
be persuaded to offer both, perhaps the problem could be solved in that
manner.
