Buddhism offers wonderful ways of meditation that is indeed compatible with
any kind of religion.

I typed a lengthy response to you and accidentally deleted it.  Damn.  So,
for now the above will have to suffice.

New Age is a dicey description.  I apologize for bring up the language.
