My spouse ventured out to one of the local Wal Marts  
last night, and the panic had already set in.  We  are to
be part of the blizzard area of the NE USA starting  tonight.
I'm sure the shopping crowds are even worse today  since
the snow starts about midnight, and there are to  be
2' of snow through tomorrow (14 Mar) and even  Wednesday.

 
Spouse decided that we needed pork chops to get us  through
this tomorrow (?)  Wilfred's English was mostly  picked up
living with relatives in Queens/NYC, and he is solidly  non-
rhotic.  He does a nice, though somewhat  Caribbean recipe,
for pork.
 
I don't mind the storm because (1) I don't have to  drive in it.
(2) We have an electric generator now that will  nicely
handle a power outage (outrage).
