This is the situation in this region in Hershey, PA (Hershey Candy  Co.)
and Hackettstown, NJ (Mars Candy Co.).  You can get the  chocolate
odor just driving through these cities.
 
i suspect there is more chocolate made in this small area of
Pennsylvania and adjoining New Jersey than anywhere else in the
