All true, although there aren't quite Episcopal parishes in every town (none 
in East Bridgewater, for example).
And Cape Cod in particular has mild winters, much like the Shenandoah 
Valley. Very crowded in the summer, however - but, then, some folks like 
cities, and they're crowded all the time.

Episcopal parishes in every town.
