[Magdalen] the glories of social media

As annoying as it can be,
we are grateful for it this morning.
Because while we were worrying about friends & family in Florida,
our beloved cousin sent us a photo or herself and her husband
enjoying a late supper in a Marriott somewhere near Pensacola,
far far from Sarasota.

Somehow the photo was so much more comforting
that a phone call.
