Enjoy your visit, Marilyn.

If you have chance, visit St Martin's church. It is the oldest church in
continuous use in English speraking world still in use for worship -
part Roman, part Saxon pre  597AD.

See http://www.martinpaul.org/home.htm

You could also see St Augustine's College  - the first Missionary
College of the CofE which incorporates parts of  the Abbey founded by St
Augustine. It incorporated Abbot's Dining Hall said to be the oldest
dining hall in England still in use. I loved looling out through the
dining room window to see the Cathedral.
I believe that the ruins of the abbey church are still open to visitors

See http://www.machadoink.com/St%20Augustines%20College.htm

I had the good fortune to to spend my final year of ordination training
at St Augustine's College when it was used for the purpose by King's
College, London.

God bless
