[Magdalen] Travel

The first time I entered the Cathedral it was a 10-minute glimpse that I was grudgingly granted because we were headed somewhere else. As I rounded a corner and saw the chancel I burst into tears. A complex soup of reaction!

I love Canterbury Cathedral, too. I had my first "mystical" experience
there in the early 80s -- while I was one of the unchurched. I didn't find
the Episcopal Church until the mid-90s.

We are taking a long trip to Europe in June. We will be in England for a
week, Portugal with friends for a week and finally in southern Spain for a
week. I haven't been to England since the late 90s and I've never been to
Portugal or Spain. I can't wait!
