Thanks to everyone for your prayers, and your encouragement to keep my
psychiatrist appointment; I almost skipped it, just because it would have
required getting dressed and leaving the house. She adjusted my medication,
and just talking to her a few minutes helped calm me down. We won't know
for a few days whether the medication adjustment will work, but I do feel
better.
