[Magdalen] Funeral Service at Saint Martin's, Houston.

I'm happy to have someone else notice.  It seems that a parish of this
tremendous size would have a senior choir of very high caliber.  I'm 
thinking of the Choir of Saint Mark's Cathedral, Minneapolis.  I have
never encountered a better mixed adult choir.  When they process
down the main aisle, 70 strong, I am lifted right off the seat of my
pants, and am often in tears..  Talk about lifting up the heart!
 
There are no warbly sopranos or, for that matter, tenors, at Saint Mark's.

s. Didn’t enjoy the fleshy voices of the choir ladies, but the effect was great when the organ was going full tilt and all were signing Joyful Joyful. Big music and spectacle always moves me.
