[Magdalen] email transfer help/advice

I’m using windows live - all my mail ends up on my PC. I have biz mail going back into the ‘90s. Periodically I delete all gmail at the source. I have never set it up for files... I’m just USING it <gdr> 
So yes, I do have it all on the computer.
