There’s a hymn sung to ‘Hail, the conquering hero come’ from Handel’s Judas Maccabeus Could it be something like Hoseanna, David’s son? There’s one called ‘See Christ, your bridegroom’
Marion, a pilgrim who actually came down the aisle with Jim to this tune. All the target rifle shooters in attendance knew exactly the significance.

Subject: [Magdalen] Any Swedish speakers in the house?
This seems to be a popular Advent song in Swedish churches. I can sort of
grasp the meaning when I see it printed out but not totally sure. Can I get
some help?
Hosianna Davids son! Välsignad vare han! Välsignad Davids son, som kommer i
herrans namn! Hosianna i höjden, Hosianna, Hosianna. Välsignad Davids son,
som kommer i herrans namn!
Unlike Norwegian, Swedish doesn't have much of a link to English.
