The Leo House on 23st. A Catholic Guest house... rooms are clean and stark. 
I just looked at their website and if you prepay with no ability to refund 
or change there is a 25% discount. At that rate, the lowest cost is $125. a 
night.  Toilet and sink in room, shower down the hall.

times have changed.... in '02 this room was $49.
