That would be better. Does (do?) the Cloisters charge admission like the
Metropolitan - with a “suggested “ admission prominently displayed, but
actually admitting on a “pay what you can” basis? I only found out about
that policy after my last visit in 2013. I find it impossible to do both
museums justice in a single day, though I did last time because I had a
mission: black madonnas and other medieval madonna sculptures. I love
having a “mission “ when I travel (adds structure and helps me develop my
itinerary), and it made the Metropolitan much more manageable, too.
