This is a very well written article. It even has some family tree charts.
It also makes a point for some pitfalls of DNA testing.

It's interesting that some people absolutely refuse to open scrutiny to the
facts of their ancestry, but there are a number of reasons why it is
understandable.

I think most people welcome these disclosures from the past. It's not
really a reflection on oneself.
