[Magdalen] Rodent Patrol update

A new member of the Broadway Rodent Patrol appeared yesterday, picking its
way through the yard...a lovely little brown tabby and white kitty (classic
pattern). I hadn't seen this one before and have no idea where it came
from. I suspect most of them are either barn cats from Conrad's farm down
the road, or pets of the young folks across the street. We decided to refer
to this one as "Rookie".

Captain spends part of each morning hunkered under the birdbath. He doesn't
appear to be all that interested in birds, however. I think he prefers
rodents. I've seen him with both mice and squirrels. He is so darn big he
barely fits under the birdbath any more!
