[Magdalen] Ice and Snow along GA & SC

There is a local story of a small Chihuahua being scooped up this afternoon by an eagle
right in front of the family.  Miraculously, the dog was found relatively unharmed 4 miles
away by a motorist who saw the dog running along roadside.  The dog has been returned to the
owner and is presumably dozing on her lap right now.
