[Magdalen] M/C - verger - "praise and worship leader"

I, too, visited the website. The entire set up of this church reminds me
very much of the churches in SC who have left...evangelical, charismatic,
still sacramental. Worship leaders do just that. They lead the worship in
a nondenominational way. In SC, they are calling themselves 'anglican',
but it's not in any Anglican tradition I've known.
