VA, and that corner of Virginia, and the kind of life they live, coal,
disability insurance, etc.

The comparison is made with Arlington, VA and the rest of northern
Virginia, which is a whole 'nother world.

In the meantime, Kentucky is adding a work requirement onto Medicaid.....
