Montserrat is about 45 minutes outside Barcelona. Tours are plentiful and
can be booked from your hotel. I’m sure there’s a lot of other
transportation. It’s a very popular tourist/pilgrimage site - we had to
wait in line for 2 hours to see “La Moreneta” (the madonna). But it was
well worth it. There’s also a famous boys choir, stunning scenery, and a
cable car to the highest point. Wish I’d had at least a half day there.
