[Magdalen] What General Convention has done so far

The dividing line between the (and I know this will draw ire, please dont
bite my head off, it is only an observation) between the Boomer (pro
revision) Xer (reticent) and Millenial (mostly against) was pretty clear,
and got very pointed.
