The only worry I have is that without enough hands (troops) there, things will get even worse for the people trying to get in, because there will be longer waits and fewer people to pay attention to the ones already there.

Have other states already sent troops? We haven’t heard much about that recently. I haven’t checked on Virginia.
Maybe the troops could be used instead to take out the Border Patrol and liberate the families in the camps the way they did after WWII.

And then yesterday I read that Congress approved funding for that obscene parade. Why are they so afraid to say no to him?? It’s not as if he can fire them. And if they grow enough spine to stand up to him, it might actually improve their chances for re-election...

This just feels more and more as if we’ve somehow fallen down the rabbit hole and gotten behind the looking glass, where up is down and left is right, and words mean only what Humpty Dumpty says they mean.
