The USA State of Pennsylvania enacted a new law a few
months ago that permitted the sale and use of a wide range
of fireworks that were previously considered dangerous and
banned.
 
Some shopkeepers that have sold fireworks for decades
in this State, were interviewed on the evening news.  They
stated that business has never been so good.
 
Right on schedule, the loud booms or these fireworks have
stated rocking the development, and causing the dogs
everywhere to get neurotic.  We shall have a ten day period
with all this because the holiday being observed is midweek,
(July 4/Independence Day USA) and so there is the excuse
to blend the whole week into the holiday.
