He lives in my City (Laurel, MD). He’s got a reputation for ... being a
violent crank and I’ve ofyen wondered if he wasn’t both on the spectrum
and/or hearing things.
He was the reason they had to escort my Mom to and from her car at city
events, and why my Dad or I, or another escort, went everywhere with her
for a while.
