[Magdalen] DioVA convention

One of our factors is that we have no overnight facility at all. We meet at
our cathedral in Philadelphia where nearby hotel space would be
exorbitantly expensive. The geographical compactness of our diocese means
that no one has to drive more than an hour and a half, if that, to get
there. This lends to an attitude of wanting to get the business done in the
most expeditious manner possible. Educational opportunities do happen in
our diocese, but by and large they are not combined with our annual
convention business.
