[Magdalen] Test with iPhone

Brian,
I’m trying to put pictures from my iPhone to my computer—have never had trouble before. Click on the phone icon on the computer, open it, drag photos into a folder.
Now the phone icon looks different. When I click on it, I get a bar that looks like it’s showing how much is there; and when I click on that, the message says there is no content.
What do I do?
