May Ellen be welcomed in the greater light, may she be surrounded by
the humor she loved, may her husband Hooper be comforted in his grief.

We met several times at gatherings through the years, prior to their
move to Houston. We even met their dogs!

Ellen had a realistic and marvelously humorous way to look at and
experience the world.

Saddened by her death. Missing her observations.
