I don't plant okra every year but this year had a desire for some; so I
planted a variety called Emerald. 6 "bushes" give enough for the 2 of us,
as well as drying some for soup. I called them "bushes" as a couple of them
are now over 12 ft tall with a stem like a baseball bat.
