window, is SaltLife)
attracts loads of people with vanity plates.
They're common in New Hampshire.
Massachusetts folks seem to prefer anonymity.

This dude, er, dud was wearing bright blue shades and driving a jeep, no
top.
The jeep was topless, that is. The dood was wearing a lose knit shirt.
