[Magdalen] Seminary news

EDS was virtually closing. First $ problems, then staff dust-up, incremental selling off of dorm, library, Refectory, then the rest of the property all/most to the adjacent Leslie U nearby. I did not even realize that they were still viable once the above had finalized several years ago.
