Roger, "ignorant" doesn't begin to express the folly of believing that vaccines can cause autism.  I do believe that the mistrust of government sponsored research is close kin to the belief that Trump would be the Fixer In Chief and indeed that he is Doing a Good Job.  (And unlike his NWord predecessor is Telling It Like It Is)_
