How many regional accents for English are there in Ireland, andwhat about Northern Ireland? Does the latter have its own accent?

In County Kerry in Ireland they say 'true for you', meaning 'absolutely, you're right'; with emphasis on 'true'. However, it needs to be said with a Kerry accent.
