[Magdalen] Census deadline

I was in the field working for the Update Leave Operation of the 2020
Census on March 18th when I got a text from my supervisor to go home
immediately.  I have been furloughed since then but getting 19 hours per
week pay:

Note that APRIL 1 is a REFERENCE DATE, NOT A DEADLINE.

Also:  I filled out our form online and included a bunch of ethnicities
(including  German, English, Scottish, Irish, Swiss,...)

I also checked the box OTHER and wrote in Human  for each of the three of
us here.
