[Magdalen] Prayer request: Malcolm

Thank you, everyone, for your prayers. I picked Malcolm up from the vet
late this morning. The news is good. None of the issues poses any
imminent dangers. The radiologist looked at all the issues but isn't
worried. Obviously, the enlarged heart is going to cause issues down the
road but he has no heart murmur. They gave him a new prescription food that
should take card of the kidney/bladder stones. He's responded well to the
treatment for his lower back so we're going back on Friday to have it done
again. We'll be able to repeat those in the future as needed. In the
meantime, pain meds for the next few days, eye drops for a minor eye
infection and lots of love. All in all, not a bad outcome for a geriatric
dog. (Still hard for me to accept that label!)

Thanks again for your prayers and concern!

Peace, Rick
