[Magdalen] Blocking calls??

I have thought of using that approach, ME, but the major drawback for me is
that doctor's offices often call me from unpublished numbers. I have their
main numbers in my Contacts, but the number they are calling from might be
one I don't recognize. I suppose they would at least leave a voicemail
which the spam callers generally don't though.
