It’s been one of those days...

First the good news:
Joseph has received a nomination to all four service academies! Now he has to wait to see where he gets accepted and also needs to get a medical waiver for an elbow injury from a couple of years ago. So we’re still keeping our fingers crossed.

Bad news:
My daughter learned today that she needs rotator cuff surgery and has scheduled it for February 3rd. The original injury was two years ago, so this isn’t a complete surprise, but still...
