[Magdalen] Decline and decay

Prayers from Virginia, where I'm dealing with a cranky right knee. It seems
to be the tendon above it, or the muscle attachment or something. I haven't
sorted it out yet. Hoping that stretching and gentle exercise with help.
This getting old is not for sissies!
