[Magdalen] the protests in Boston/Mpls.

I heard a Texan police chief say forcibly that it needs to be resolved 
at the ballot box. In some areas the police are also showing that they 
side with the demonstrators. What is NOT needed is for those intent on 
violence and looting to come in from out of town to foment disorder.
