Our Benedictine community has a Sunday afternoon Zoom pray-and-share
session, and the abbot sends a Google Calendars meeting invitation
containing the codes, and I love this because I can save it to my Outlook
calendar (the supreme and only calendar of everything in my life) and know
the correct info will be in there as well as the automatic adjustment to my
time zone.
