Again, thanks to all who are praying.  She has confirmation that the
bacteria is flourishing again.  She is going on a three week tapered
dosing.  That makes more sense to me - it seems that coming to a full stop
on this kind of antibiotic makes one vulnerable to relapse.

She has been given permission to work when she is feeling better....preach
and teach and be at church but no pastoral care, distributing communion,
etc.
