[Magdalen] Stay-at-home order

SC Governor has issued a shutdown order for 15 days, beginning tomorrow,
April 1, 2020.

Thank God, and I hope he will extend it if necessary.  I am thinking it
will be difficult to withdraw it mid-April, if the numbers are bad.

I am grateful he has finally done this.
