[Magdalen] Another update

After 3+ weeks on antibiotics and pain medication, the offending tooth fell
out Sunday. It left behind the root remnants which were extracted today.

I've had other teeth removed before but none have affected me the way this
one has. Probably because of the other conditions happening at the same
time.
