[Magdalen] You asked about the digest.

The digest is worse than useless for anyone who uses gmail or any modern 
threading mailer. I keep meaning to remove digest capability from 
Magdalen, but I don't because then I'd have to teach the few people who 
still use it how to live (better) without it.
