I still keep my list family in my prayers. I am hanging in there, just
turned 79 and don't feel it most days. Volunteering at the SPCA keeps my
mind off my years most of the time. I hang out with the stray cats, the
young workers, and the foster pet parents and it's good exercise, good
experience, and good for me mentally.

I'm glad to see the list core posting again. I've missed you all. Mike, be
well. I think of all of you often.
